A big thank you is due to Paul VE3PFN for his efforts in bringing together the JOTA event Saturday Oct 17. We had a number of scouts in the afternoon who were able to make contacts. Thanks to Mike and Karen are also due as they worked hard to get a station up and running. Doug Elliott's Yaesu worked well. Ken Brightling also did a good job of encouraging the scouts to take a turn at the radio. Also acted as photographer at times.
