According to sections 3 and 4 of the LARC bylaw, 7 directors for the upcoming year are elected by the members in the Annual General Meeting, usually held in May. This group is referred to as the Board of Directors, BOD or simply the Board. In its first meeting, the new Board selects the 4 officers of the corporation, consisting of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. These 4 make up the Executive Committee, or simply the Executive. |
